In my work it has often been said, and often said by me, that it is far easier to do the work through laughter than tears. This can be a bit of a dichotomy for me as I often laugh so hard I end up crying, but that’s me. Recently I was sent a link to a video which tried to describe the differences between men and women by looking at their brains. I found this video somewhat insightful and I am not looking further into the presenters library and methods.The presenter, Mark Gungor, has a web site and program called “Laugh Your Way to a Better Marriage” and although I’ve not delved deeply into his materials yet I am intrigued by the presentation of the subject.
